The History began in 1985 - with small practice in Mapusa
1985
- Was attached to 6 Hospitals but was depressed due to poor infrastructure- poorer than GMC
- All attempts to convince people with money to start good health care facilities failed
- First loan of Rs10000/- was very difficult to obtain
1991
- Took a 15 bedded lifeless hospital on rent
- Refurnished in just 25 days and beds were 100% occupied in 24hrs after inauguration
- Here learnt and experimented various facets of Hospital Management
- Gave it back to owner in 3 years in working condition.
- This hospital functioned for 5 years with the owner and is lifeless again
The currents changed on 11th April,1994 with Birth of Vrundavan Hospital & Research Centre
Journey Ahead
- Improved facilities one by one in Hospital
- Possessed no Specialists, no full time Plumbers/Electricians/Technicians/ less Nurses
- Learnt to find a solution to the problems himself and picked every opportunity which came his way

1998- 2010 – Added 12 other courses
Recognized by Govt of Goa.
Appointed on Governing Council of HRDF Society of Govt of Goa
Kidney Dialysis Centre
- No facility for maintenance dialysis existed in the state of Goa
- All patients including his own relatives and friends used to die within a year of being diagnosed of Terminal Renal Failure
- Year 2000 started with 2 Dialysis machines on his own
- January 2005 established a complete Nephrology Department with Dr.Shital Lengade
- Grown into 35 Machines
- Made it a Profitable venture to Vrundavan Hospital as well as participating Hospitals
- Apollo Hospital in Goa has Vrundavan unit functioning and growing since its inception
